Weatherology.com™ Provider Terms

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING WEATHEROLOGY.COM, THE RELATED WEBSITES AND/OR MOBILE APPLICATIONS (COLLECTIVELY, THE "SITE"). YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF AND AGREEMENT TO ABIDE BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THIS SITE AND ANY MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN IS A CONDITION OF YOUR RIGHTS TO FURTHER ACCESS ANY AND ALL MATERIALS CONTAINED ON OR ACCESSED THROUGH THE SITE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE.

Standards for Content Inclusion:

Materials provided to Weatherology Mobile, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company, and/or its affiliates or subsidiaries ("Weatherology"®), for inclusion on any website hosted or managed by Weatherology (collectively, the “Site”) may not and shall not violate any of the General Terms and Conditions of the agreement(s) with Weatherology or any terms in any supplemental written terms and conditions, as well as any applicable website Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, or End User License Agreement. Please pay close attention to the Acceptable Use Policy and the Notice Specific to Documents Available on this Website in the Terms and Conditions, because those sections outline specific behaviors that should be avoided when considering content for inclusion with Weatherology products and services. Although the Weatherology Site, products and services are not intended for use by children, these Standards for Content Inclusion are provided to ensure that materials accessible through the various Weatherology Site, products and services are not objectionable to a broad spectrum of individuals, including the occasional end user under the age of 18. These Standards are also designed to optimally ensure that the Weatherology Site, products and services do not: (i) incorporate images or content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, threatening, defamatory, libelous, obscene, or harassing; (ii) promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; (iii) promote illegal activity or incorporate any materials which infringe or assist others to infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, or other legal rights; (iv) present materials unsuitable for viewing by children under the age of 18; or (v) display content featuring competitors of Weatherology.

Guidelines have been constructed to ensure that the above objectives are met, with little further involvement by Weatherology. Weatherology relies upon its business partners to act in accordance with generally accepted principles of fair play. These guidelines are flexible and are designed to work with rapidly changing media environments. Many of Weatherology’s business partners have ever-changing business needs that dictate that Weatherology be allowed the freedom to update and modify these guidelines from time to time to ensure that its commitments to its business partners are met. Some of Weatherology’s business partners are also subject to government regulations imposed by agencies such as the Federal Communications Commission. Given the need for flexibility, many of these guidelines are simply guidelines meant for conservative interpretation by the end user and Weatherology’s Subscribers; not specific rules of conduct. Please use common sense; Weatherology’s target audiences are information end users, from media conglomerates to individual end users who benefit from the free services offered through our advertising-subsidized Site. If major media networks, radio stations and print publications would not publish or broadcast a particular item, it most likely is "Inappropriate Content" that you should not include in Weatherology products and services in any manner whatsoever, including, without limitation, branding and advertising space. Some examples of Inappropriate Content include content related to the following subjects:

There may be other types of content not specifically outlined above that would be considered "Potentially Inappropriate Content." Once again, you should use common sense and error on the side of caution. When in doubt, ask a Weatherology representative for assistance in interpreting these guidelines and make sure you get written consent from Weatherology if you intend to include items which may be considered Potentially Inappropriate Content.

THESE TERMS OF USE, TOGETHER WITH ANY End User License Agreement, Subscription Terms, PROVIDER TERMS, AND/OR ANY OTHER AGREEMENTS OR TERMS OF USE APPEARING OR REFERENCED ON THIS SITE AND/OR ENTERED INTO BETWEEN THE PARTIES IN WRITING REPRESENT THE ENTIRE SET OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS GOVERNING YOUR USE OF THE PRODUCTS (WHERE APPLICABLE) ACCESSED THROUGH THIS SITE, AND IT SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR PROPOSAL, REPRESENTATION, OR UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
